View the staging site

The same process, every time.

Every build below ran through the same seven stages. Nothing skipped, regardless of budget.

Discovery

A working session covering business goals, audience, competitors and what the site actually needs to do.

Strategy & sitemap

Information architecture and a content plan, agreed before any design work starts.

Wireframes

Structure and content signed off in greyscale, so decisions aren't relitigated once design begins.

Design

On-brand, high-fidelity pages reviewed in stages, not delivered as one unreviewable drop.

Build & QA

Development against the approved design, tested across real devices before anything ships.

Launch

Staged rollout with redirects, tracking and forms checked before the domain goes live.

Care

Ongoing support once the site is live, covered by an AWD Digital Care plan. See below.

What happens after launch.

Three ways we support a site once it's live. They work together rather than as competing tiers: most clients sit on Maintenance and a Support Wallet, with Optimisation used as bigger work comes up.

Maintenance

$360 / month

Keeps a site secure, backed up and current, without anyone having to ask.

Updates, security scans, backups and speed checks run every month, with a report sent each time.

Support Wallet

$1,650 one-time • lasts 12 months

Covers the small requests: a photo swap, updated hours, a new team bio.

The request comes in by email, we estimate the time, it's approved, then done. The time comes off the wallet, and because the hours are bought upfront for the year, the rate is better than one-off work.

Optimisation

Scoped and quoted per project

Covers the bigger changes: a new booking system, a redesigned page, a new feature.

Scoped properly, quoted at a fixed price, and scheduled in once it's approved.

All requests go through help@awddigital.com.au, monitored daily with a response inside four business hours.

Our own website.

Before client work, here's what we built for ourselves. We're the client on this one, so it's the clearest example of what we build end to end.

The AWD Digital website homepage

Built on WordPress, integrating multiple platforms and our own internal tooling. The build is structured around SEO and content, with a clear flow that leads a visitor to book a Digital Roadmap Workshop to begin, or get in touch directly if they already have a specific project in mind.

Every project, tracked
in a system we built ourselves.

Orbit is AWD's own project and client management platform, built in-house rather than bought off the shelf. Every build on this page runs through it: scoped, scheduled and tracked against real progress, not a spreadsheet.

  • Live status and progress on every project, visible across the team, not just the ones behind schedule
  • The Support Wallet tracks exactly how many hours are left for the year
  • A ticketing portal so requests don't get lost in email threads or Slack messages
